The Objectifiers is a collaboration by London based artist Rita Evans and Julia Mariscal, who have been working together since 2008. The live event unfolds though a series of material encounters and ‘conversations’ that are triggered by the artists experiments. These evolve in their own times throughout the performance. The artists layer reality/live, and audience perception of time and event through amplification, which is connected to hand held image and sound devices carried at all times. Moving and activating connections, between what we know and what we’re seeking to discover.

The premier of this performance was held at the Project Space 176 on the 10th January 2009 as part of The Magic night.
