JULIA MARISCAL // BLOG

Julia was born in Barcelona in 1981. She moved to London to do a BA in Design at Goldsmiths College, where she graduated in 2005. There she produced poetic objects that troubled everyday expectations of the utilitarian object. Julia’s work moves betwen the ‘extra’ or is it ‘para’-ordinary spaces of an art practice an the ‘ordinary’ spaces of design. She works and lives in London.
